This is the 3rd generation of our compact and powerful Mini-Star servo.

The German made parts such as glass-reinforced case, injection moulded parts, shafts etc. coupled with local assembly and Volz Quality Control make this ballraced mini servo real Made- in- Germany- Quality!

The quality of our high-class potentiometer is tested and proven to a minimum of half a million cycles (!) by the manufacturer.

Additional lug mounts for horizontal installation make wing and rudder installation of both Mini-Star 3 and Mini-Standard 2 much easier.

Mini-Standard 2

As it is not necessary to have metal gears for all kind of models we offer an economically priced version of the Mini-Star servo the so called Mini-Standard 2.

It comes in the same case with mentioned additional mountings but the ball-bearing had been replaced by a Teflon® (PTFE)-bearing and the metal gears by plastic gears.

Apart from that the mentioned features and advantages remain the same. The Mini-Standard 2 servo weighs only 23 grams (0,8 oz) and also works well in BEC setups.

A special wing mounting set (# 302 see photo) is available which includes a pair of mounting frames, special screws and two aerodynamically shaped covers protecting servoarm and pushrod.

The frames have a size of 49 x 49 x 15 mm and a weigh only 16 grams (0,6 oz) including mentioned covers.

We supply both servos with different servoarms, grommets, fixing screws and VMS®-Microconnector of your choice for JR / Futaba, Multiplex, Simprop/Becker/Webra and Sanwa / Airtronics.
